Communion: A Found Photo Show
October 17 — November 29 2009
A writer by trade for more than 15 years, Emily Capps pays homage to her first career choice, photography, by collecting images old and new. She found World War 2-era USO performer Estelle Burke's photographs in a cardboard box at an antique store about 10 years ago, and has always thought that the collection of images told a great story and deserved to be seen. Emily will be featured in a group show at Mint Gallery here in Atlanta in January of 2010.
